The American Hitmen formed during Operation Phantom Fury in Fallugah Iraq by serving US Marines in the smoke pit after the days patrols, After their second deployment to Iraq they were honourably discharged from the Marine Corps and went on to appear on Season 8 of America's Got Talent.

Since then they have become the first American Rock Band to perform in Vietnam for 36 years and have also performed alongside Dave Grohl, Sheryl Crow and Living Colour.
